DMCA Notice

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Claim Process If we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the infringing content in accordance with copyright law. For transparency, we may share the DMCA notice details, including the complainant’s contact information, with the alleged infringer. If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that must include: The identification of the content removed and its original location. Your name, address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement affirming your belief that the removal was due to a mistake. A declaration consenting to legal action and agreeing to accept service of legal documents. Your signature, either physical or electronic. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
